RESERVATION + METHOD OF PAYMENT:
In case of serious interest, we will send you by e-mail the general conditions, on the basis of which you will pay by bank transfer to the bank account within 5 days of booking a deposit of 30% of the price of the stay . This deposit becomes non-refundable in case of cancellation 5 days or less before the start of the stay.
Supplement to the price of the stay by bank transfer before the start of the stay, or in cash on the day of the start of the stay
BAIL:
Upon arrival when handing over the apartment, it is necessary to pay a deposit of 5,000 CZK as a deposit for the equipment of the apartment, which will be returned to you if there is no damage to the equipment or interior upon departure.
RESIDENCE TAXA (AIR):
The price includes a recreational and spa fee (15 CZK / person), which is paid to the local town hall.
